Start your trip from Makarska and explore one of the most beautiful little towns in Dalmatian Hinterland. After picking you up at pre-arranged meeting point or at your hotel we begin our journey to Imotski. Driving slowly through the tunnel St.Ilija we enter the area of Imotski region, which is historical name for the area located in the background of mountain Biokovo. Imotski is known for its medieval fortress on the rocks of Blue Lake. Another phenomenon is the Red Lake which looks like an eye in the scenery. Both lakes are said to be connected with underground
channels to the Adriatic Sea.

On a guided tour you you will see also other nature beauties in Imotski as Prolosko swamp which is protected from 1971 and it covers an area of over 10km2 . On a winter time the hole area is under water and on summer time there is only one part under water and its called Prolosko Lake. We will visit also Ricice artificial lake better known under the name of Green Lake. Green Lake was visited also from the side of movie makers from United States. They have seen Green Lake as interesting and potential location for the shooting of their film. After sightseeing all the nature beauties as Prolosko swamp, Ricice Green Lake and Red Lake on our way to Imotski, we arrive to town where you will have two hours of free time where you can explore town or take a swim in a favorite bathing area of local people Blue Lake. Imotski is a town with Mediterranean climate, stone houses. It is rich with beautiful Art Noveau facades and fences. You can climb also to the Topana fortress and take a beautiful panorama photo of town and lakes. Continuing your journey to Peljesac peninsula you will pass through the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina which divides Croatia into seemingly two parts. Shortly after border we come to the entrance of the peninsula Peljesac, which is the longest Dalmatian peninsula, very indented, mostly forested, with a coast full of beaches, reefs, bays and fjords. Stone is a town on the peninsula and the famous salt factory which is the oldest in Europe and possibly in the world. From there you will see the famous Ston Walls.

Trogir is a remarkable example of urban continuity.
